Is ERP Software just for large companies?

We believe that any size food business that is looking to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and complexity can benefit from Inecta software. We have clients with +800 users through to smaller companies with 5-10 users. Inecta's flexible software can be scaled to suit your needs and adapts as you grow.

What is food software? How can it help my business?

Food software or Food ERP is software designed to streamline the many processes and provide a single source of data for your team in real-time. Inecta eliminates the need for manual data entry and recording by fully automating processes such as quality control, ingredient and product traceability, logistics, managerial accounting, warehousing and much more.

Is there a limit to the number of employees who can use the software?

Our packages are billed per user, per month. Each employee accounts for a single user. There is no limit to the number of employees.

How often will we need to update the software ourselves?

Inecta customers will never have to update the software themselves. We are a certified Microsoft ERP gold partner and get access to the latest upgrades at least 2 months ahead of release, allowing us to test before we roll out any software upgrades to you. Working with Inecta you will always be on the latest software.

What devices does it work on?

Inecta’s ERP solution are powered by Microsoft, but all internet-enabled devices can operate via the Cloud.
