Johannes Gudmundsson
CEO
As the CEO and founder of inecta, with dual Masters in Mathematics and Computer Science, Johannes has spent over two decades building ERP technology for the food industry. Based in Manhattan, he combines strategic acumen with a passion for endurance sports and chess — bringing the same long-game thinking to every product decision.
Ruth Lestina
COO & Managing Director, Canada
Ruth has more than 30 years of experience in business and technology leadership, with over 15 years focused on ERP and MRP consulting. She has served as Practice Director or Managing Partner at several SaaS and ERP consulting companies. Prior to focusing on ERP, Ruth was an executive, CFO, and COO in manufacturing and wholesale distribution. She is a CPA and holds degrees from UNC and Stanford University.
Bjorgvin Gudmundsson
CSO
As Chief Sales Officer, Bjorgvin introduces the latest food supply chain management technology to inecta's prospects and customers. Anchored by a Financial Engineering degree, he has been instrumental to inecta's growth since joining in 2007. A New York City resident, Bjorgvin's passion for food and its trends directly informs his strategic work at inecta.
Selwyn van Rooyen
CFO
Selwyn leads Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology at inecta. Over the years he has contributed in multiple roles — from ERP consultant to Professional Services lead to supporting implementation and support teams. With 25+ years of experience across accounting, finance, IT, and ERP, he holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Information Technology.
Fridrik Fridriksson
Director of Systems Architecture
Fridrik holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and Philosophy from the University of Iceland. He is involved in everything technical at inecta, passionate about using domain expertise and technology to build a foundation for great end-user experiences. Outside of work, he loves hiking and is devoted to the conservation of unspoiled natural habitats.
Mohit Pratap
Managing Director, India
Mohit earned a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Pune University and an MBA from the University of Miami. With over 18 years at inecta, he has worked across multiple departments and currently leads the development team. Mohit has managed over 250 implementations, leading cross-functional software teams from prototype to release.
