Data belonging to a single tenant/client is stored in an isolated database and is never mixed with data from other tenants/clients. This ensures complete separation of data in day-to-day use as well as in backup-restore scenarios. Furthermore, inecta Food uses encryption to help keep client data private. Encryption scrambles plain text and data into an unreadable format. Data is encrypted at-rest by using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and backup encryption. Data backups are always encrypted. All network traffic inside the service is encrypted by using industry standard protocols.

We are a certified Microsoft ERP gold partner and get access to the latest upgrades at least 2 months ahead of release, allowing us to test before we roll out any software upgrades to you.
