This page serves to inform you of how we're protecting your data in addition to our privacy policy and in accordance with GDPR regulations, currently in effect for citizens of the EU.

Data for Automated Decisions:
We do not use personal user data for automated decisions.
Your 8 rights under the GDPR (applies to Citizens of the European Union):
- The right to be informed – all organizations must be completely transparent in how they are using personal data (personal data may include data such as a work email and work mobile if they are specific to an individual).
- The right of access - individuals will have the right to know exactly what information is held about them and how it is processed.
- The right of rectification - individuals will be entitled to have personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to erasure - also known as 'the right to be forgotten', this refers to an individual's right to having their personal data deleted or removed without the need for a specific reason as to why they wish to discontinue.
- The right to restrict processing - an individual's right to block or suppress processing of their personal data.
- The right to data portability - this allows individuals to retain and reuse their personal data for their own purpose.
- The right to object - in certain circumstances, individuals are entitled to object to their personal data being used. This includes, if a company uses personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, scientific and historical research, or for the performance of a task in the public interest.
- Rights of automated decision making and profiling - the GDPR has put in place safeguards to protect individuals against the risk that a potentially damaging decision is made without human intervention. For example, individuals can choose not to be the subject of a decision where the consequence has a legal bearing on them, or is based on automated processing.
Providing your personal data is not mandatory:
Most of our services do not require registration, allowing you to visit our site without you telling us who you are. Some services require that you provide us with personal data. In these situations, it may not be possible for you to gain access to parts of the site or for us to respond to your queries if you choose not to provide your personal data.
International Data Transfer and Basis for Processing Data:
In the event that you are visiting the site from outside the United States, please aware that you are sending information to our hosting provider's servers in the United States. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details about how your data is protected, including during data transfer, and our basis for processing any personal data.
Data Retention:
iNECTA LLC only retains personal data from the user as long as it is active and the user has not elected to have the data removed. We will retain and use use information for a limited period of time as deemed necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, as laid out in our privacy policy.
Please contact the DPO (Data Protection Officer) if you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal information. This includes your "Right to be Forgotten".
