iNECTA RFQ -Request for Quote

RFQ allows the Navision user to send out a request for quote to a designated amount of vendors.
It streamlines the purchasing process and reduces it to a few easy steps.
This Navision Add-on saves time and resources and allows for seamless integration of the sales and procurement aspects of any business.
How it the process works once a customer has requested a purchase quote:
- The Navision User creates a sales quote for the customer to be integrated with a selected vendor quote later.
- The user creates a RFQ within Navision, which is sent as a Pdf to selected vendors(usually through email) - No need for a procurement rep to pick up the phone and call many different vendors.
- The user can also choose from existing quotes using the quote history screen.
- Vendors then respond via email or fax and all received quotes are then entered into Navision.
- The Navision user then selects the most adequete vendor quote which will now be tied into the sales quote with the click of a button and sent to the customer.
- Once the customer decides to buy and submits a purchase order, Navision then creates a Purchase order which is submitted to the chosen vendor.
