FLOWER SELECTOR

MAKES IT EASIER TO SELECT FLOWERS ONTO A PURCHASE OR A SALES ORDER.

The user selects type of flower first, such as a Rose or Tulip, and then moves onto selecting color, size and variety.

The options are specific to the choices already made and what type of flowers the company trades in. The functionality extends into reporting where the user can report on any level, such as type of flower or color.

BOUQUET CONFIGURATOR

CONFIGURE A BOUQUET QUOTE, WHERE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND COSTS ARE SPECIFIED. 

Include flower stems, hard goods, packing material, labor cost, freight cost, duties, etc.  Once the quote has been made, the user can specify a selling price and calculate the gross margin.  If the quote is acceptable, it is then converted into an order.  The bouquet becomes an item that the company can either buy and sell, or make and sell.

If the company decides to make the bouquet, the system will calculate all the requirements and suggest to purchase the raw material.  The system can also be configured to calculate the time required to complete the assembly of the bouquets and measure real time consumption and output.
