OK, this post might seem really anticlimatic, but I had to throw in a post to finish the story. 

We went live with 55 users on the 1st of August.  We were worried about the warehouse being sufficiently trained.  It turned out that the warehouse performed excellent with almost no hickups.  They were up to normal shipping numbers on day 2.  Other departments experienced small issues here and there, but they were all taken care of quickly.  The users that needed to move around the system took some time getting aclimated to where to find things but eventually those questions settled.

Our team has now moved offsite in remote support mode.

The CEO told us that “compared to the MAS implementation, this implementation was a dream.”  We took that as a compliment
